Email - Outlook Express Help!!!!?

I forward some emails with enclosed pictures to my home email but my outlook express at home could not present them. It just show a white box with a red cross. Why? How?

1st, use rich text format under "format".

2nd, click on the white background of the outlook.

3rd, click insert > picture.

Yea, mine dose that 2!!! I just resend the email and it normally works for me!
