I am using a software named Instant Lock-2.5 for lock important folders. I got this software from my friend. So when I tried to use his licence key. They are saying wrong licence key. I have already locked my important data with this software. Now they are saying you must buy this software otherwise you will not be accesible to use the locked folder. I have tried all the tricks. Now what should I do to access this folder????????? Please.....help.... There are some important documents in it......

"hfdsguy", gave you the best answer, restore your system back to before you installed the lock folder.
You can also try and set your clock back in the tray and with the year say two years back and see if that will help to open the file. (The setting of the clock back has been known to work sometimes).
If you were in the military and was a crypto operator you should know how to use what is known as "brut force", to open the file.
Obvious the software company who designed the lock folder, knows you stole the program. I feel that even if you purchased a valid registration key they will screw you an it will not work. (Right now if they want they can turn you over to law enforcement for thieft of software that you installed and used without purchase).
If all fails, consider this a lesson learned in life. An if you are smart put an end to this type of behavior as it will only lead you to worse things in life.

have you tried system restore to roll back to before you installed the software

buy the software.
even then you're probably screwed.
but now you've learned the hard way so it probably won't happen again.
