How to install true voice and upon installing from list get warning message is that an issue?

Was wondering if anyone has successfully or knows how to install DSP Group true speech without gettin a warning message about compatibility issues. Is this something to be concerned about and if so is there a version that is windows compatible?

I have found it to be a real bother. I have tried it out with 3 of my regular chat friends and there is alot of static for one or both of us
