the pixels on the pictures have to be 100x100 or less
you need to go to a program like photoshop
click on the image size option and under pixels make the biggest number 100 and if its set up to automatically adjust the other number then you're set. after you save it as a GIF or JPG and upload i with no problems

You either have to edit it with a photo editor to resize or you have to change the type. Most photo uploads only allow jpeg format nowadays.

The photo files that come out of my camera are huge. I download them and open them up in 'Paint' to re-size them to a more manageable size (like '400 x 600' or '320 x 240') before using them on the internet.

I think ur pic is in bitmap format, 1st of all u open it and save it as JPEG format. This will automatically reduce size of the pic. Now send the newly saved file. I hope it will work.

if it is to big or not the right format then go on paint to resize it and then save it, it should then change it to a G.I.F image. Sorry if thats not the right format because you didn't say what format it wants. :)
