if you're using a newer version of Windows, like XP, they have built in support for .zip files... you double-click the file and Windows will open it just like it's a folder. Then you can drag and drop the contents to wherever you'd like to extract them.

if you're using a different operating system or if you simply prefer, you can install a program like WinZip that can read/create/extract from these files.

Use an unzip program such as winzip. You can get a 30-day free trial of winzip. There are several free software packages that will unzip files that are zipped. Simply use a search engine such as Yahhoo or Google and search for free unzip software.

just right click of the zip folder you will see some option use extrat here option and you will unzipped the file but for that you should have winzip software installed in your computer or if you have a winxp operating system than it provides such king of facility do the sam procedure that i told you over

use the extract to or browse button to choose were u want the files to go if you have anymore questions my yahoo is pjvclever

just remember what folder they get extracted to then go to that folder
