Divx to open when opening a file from limewire, instead of my windows media player?

You can switch your "open with" selection in properties again. If you DLed the codecs and divx right you should just be able to click on your movie file to get it to run. You can also open it from your download to file.
For Limewire thats usually
my comp/cdrive/docements and settings/your personel file (the one with whtever name you gave it/ shared

either run a dixz player and go to file-open. or right click the file and click open with and select your divx player
