i got my pc about 6 months ago and i really only use it for school and browsing the internet, and lately it seems like the fan comes on and stays on, after it stays on for about 10 minutes i just turn the pc off cus it kinda scares me........is this normal??

any sugestions?

I would prefer if they were ones you could send yourself....so when the person opened up the email..it was there...i.e. prefer..not the kind where they just give you the url and you have to go pick them up...yourself

funny is also good...like Maxine etc....

I just bought a Packard Bell external hard drive. Whenever I try to move files onto it, my computer freezes. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

I mean there is no sound coming from them, they are turned on and have the power on and they are plugged in.. I tried and tried and still they dont work for some reason. earlier when we bought the computer they were fine....

My computer at work has messed up. I'm missing files. I tried to re set-up Internet Explorer & what it did was uninstall it instead of reinstall it. So now I can't get on the internet. Explorer won't open. I can check my work e-mail. Is there a way to email something to my work email address that I can double-click on & then it will install. I cannot get on the internet to download it.

i am trying to print out a powerpoint presentation that i made but whenever i go to print it, it does one slide at a time on one page. i want to try and get 6 slides on a single page. can anyone help? its not opened with microsoft powerpoint, instead its called open office.

I assume they are placed by their frequency in words, but is'nt it crazy that we dont even have to think about typing each letter, we just know where it is? Any help?

It seems my color cartridge is always running out because every time I hit PRINT, it prints in color when it is really not needed. I would be satisfied with non-color 99% of the time. I hope there is an easy solution.
