First, it appears that your language of origin is not English and your question is most gracious, so other parties answering with odd comments about English should be ashamed of themselves.

Turning now to your actual question, I'm not the tech expert that you need, so keep looking in this board & keep asking your question until you get a serious answer.

I believe Norton will quarantine the virus file if you pick one up. There are products you can download that can help to clean your system if afflicted. Look on Norton's website, they probably discuss this.

There are free virus scans that may be better than Norton's. Please get more information. Trendmicro's name often comes up. Download from, I believe, housecall.trendmicro.

I guess you are referring to Norton isolating a threat. Just delete or quarantine it, don't try to heal it. It doesn't work 99% of the time.

But I've got even better advice, get AVG. Too many viruses gets through Norton Anti-virus' defences.

hi, you should also try a more secure browser.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

I just leave it. I don't really understand your question to well, but I had several isolated viruses. I just left them and they never bothered me again.
