What you need to do is:

.) scan your computer for nasties like viruses, adware, etc. AVG*, Ad-aware*, etc*. are all free and very good.
Porn sites are notorious for trying to get you to install all kinds of nasties.
.) get a firewall while you're out there getting security software. Zonealarm* (free) is good.
.) get the porn off your computer. Permanently.
.) go into your browser's history and find all the sites they go to. research how to block them in your hosts file.
.) make accounts that are for them only, and limit their access. This means they won't be able to install nasty programs.
.) If they sneak on at odd hours of the night see if you can make your router block internet access at those hours. Or get one of the childminder programs that does this.
.) give them a piece of your mind aka tell them off in no uncertain terms.
.) monitor them for what they look at. looking at porn isn't work. I think you should be able to deduct the time they look at porn from their paychecks...
.) consider not letting them on your computer at all.
