No. Not enough energy behind a teeny tiny laser pointer.

I don't think so. The worst thing the laser pointer will do is raise the pointed area by 15 degrees or so if you leave it stuck there. That shouldn't harm it.

Magnets also can't hurt a LCD monitor (magnets only hurt the older monitors)

no, such a low power laser will do no harm to anything, probabally not even your eyes, but dont be foolish about it, some cameras however, are affected by them so dont go snapping pictures of laserbeams.
