i have a web cam and when i try to use it or view some elses it always has to reconnect and it never connects to the other persons or broadcasts my webcam what is wrong?

This error appears RIGHT after starting up, when the mouse point doesnt even come in yet, it shuts down and displays this message:
STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000139 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.
Before this error message: i modified the page file and virtual memory, i set my C:\ drive to no page file. and i think it asked that the pagefile.sys exists and if i wanted to overwrite it, i clicked yes and restarted and got this error message, i can get into safe mode just fine, please help!

Right now I have a DivX video file that I want to burn to disc. I want to be able to use it in my dvd player. Do I need to convert it to something else or will this work?

I just installed 2 512mb memory cards in my desktop. I will be doing something, then the computer restarts. It never did this before I upgraded. I had a 256 and 128mb cards in before. Windows goes through a hard drive check, fixs the problem, then says a serious error occured. Then it will do it again a little while later.. Do I have a bad memory card? Or do I have bad file?

I came to US from abroad to study, I've Dell Latitude, without in-built modem, I just insert it in thin slot from the side of computer. At home abroad I use dial up plugging another end of modem cord into tel. socket, but this end is not CAT type, but old one with 5 small salient rods. How can I manage to connect to ADSL?

now i didnt think i was stupid at all but i just cant work out photoshop at all and, yes, ive read all the help topics there is and i just cant get it,
the thing im having most trouble is the layering of the pic, how the hell do u get ur pics into the different layer
i can get the background in then lock it and then push the new layer butten but then just cant get my pic in there at all

Hope someone has a fix for this... When I am in a video conversation on MSN messenger and not in full screen mode I get an error message saying that the connection speed is slow at this time as I am getting broken up video and audio... Even when I am in full screen mode there is an annoying echo and sometimes the audio still breaks up. I don't understand why as my connection speed is 5016 kbps download and 626 kbps on the upload (tested on Speakeasy fairly often and always about the same)... I have "Norton's" taking care of my computer's protection and coming up with no problems... the only thing that I can think is that I have something set wrong... I do have enough room in my internet cache... I would love to know what you all think...
