stay away from name brand computers. You get what you pay for. I have been working on computers now for over ten years. Dell is not very user friendly after your warranty is up. it is difficult to get support from them, and even harder to find someone who speaks english well enough to understand your problems to begin with. And then by the time you pay for all the replacement parts, it was cheaper to just buy a new dell. call it dell logic.

Dell has awful customer support, does not perform any significant R&D, and is overpriced. If you want a good PC, with good price and great service, use a reseller like PC Connection. They can offer a variety of manufacturers and their service is second to none.
