Right now I'm just in the stage where I brainstorm ideas/music/graphics/plots and developing the characters for the game, so I'm not doing any programming anytime soon... I would search for this stuff myself, but whenever I try, the search engine always gives me stuff that has NOTHING to do with what I want... I will add more details if the need for more details arises... Right now I have OHRRPGCE, Heromachine 2.0 full version, Midi maker demo, NPCgen by Dale Cunningham, Planetgen, and Lior's map maker.

help locating for free. Is it too late? Thinking internet coulld be only option. Any suggestions would b appreciated.Ive done people searchs and found some stuff. I have found TONS of questions on here about backing up/copying DVDs on PC computers... but I have a Mac, instead. All I want to do is two things:

1) Backup my DVDs to my Mac so I can watch them directly from the hard drive (ie, while traveling, etc.).
2) Copying my DVDs so that I have hard copies of them in case something happens to the originals.

I have purchased a program called Popcorn 2 (reviews said it was supposed to be fantastic). However, it won't copy/backup "css encrypted" DVDs -- ie, any movie DVD. So I'm trying to figure out how I can get around this. As far as I know, what I'm trying to do isn't illegal -- I just want backups of my OWN DVDs that I have PURCHASED. :) If anyone could help me out with some suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

I'm looking to buy 2 19" lcd widescreen monitors, I went to Fry's electronic to buy one and they had all these strange fees, recycle monitor fees. So I was wondering where i could get one cheapest, online maybe? and of a good brand perferably.

A cd-r holds 700 MB of data while a dvd-r holds 4.7 gigabytes of data. I can store and backup a lot more on the dvd-r disc. But my computer has a cd-r drive and not a dvd-r drive. I want to backup and store documents and possibly photos I have scanned on the computer.

My email was running slow and I was told that disbaling the email scanning would speed it up and would not leave my computer vulnerable to viruses or malicious software received by email, that this is a separate, additional layer of protection. As long as AUTO-PROTECT feature, which scans all incoming files as they are saved to the computer hard drive, regardless of whether the files are received via email, file sharing software, FTP, or download directly from a website is enabled and you keep it up to date, your computer will be fully protected. Is this true?

Im using photoshop 7.0 i made a path with the pen tool how do i type on that path? So i can have of design rather than the text just going str8 across. Is there a different way to do this? I went to layer->type-> create path from text something like that but its greyed out. PLease help lol
