You're going to need a DVD drive to do what you would like to do. Might as well get a new drive, as they're not all that expensive now.

No, you need a DVD burner to burn anything to a DVD.
Some CD burners can read DVDs -- they're called "combo drives" -- but you can only burn a DVD in a DVD burner.
A basic DVD burner will set you back about $50.00 or so. A dual-layer one with Lightscribe will be around $100.00.

No. Assuming you mean you have a cd-rw drive you can only burn on cd-r media, not dvd-r media. You need to buy an external USB dvd-rw drive if you want to burn the 4.7 GB media.

no you cant burn the dvd but you can go buy an external dvd burner they are getting cheaper maybe 75-100 you can find a good on i got a dvd burner ha jk good luck

Insert Flash Drive. Select the file(s) you want to export into the CD-R / DVD+RW Disk. Press the Windows Logo button on the bottom-left of the screen. Go to computer > DVD RW Drive E: > Drag and Drop into the Window.
