i have dial up and internet explorer, AOL and MSN won't allow me to view websites. i dont have connectivity issues. bc once i'm connected, i stay connected, my AIM stays signed in but once i attempt to browse websites or access certain webpages, it completely shut downs which is why i did the PC Doctor analysis. then i called and spoke to technical support and they tried troubleshooting it and nothing worked which is why they said I need a new PC network card.

If that came to you blind by email, it's a scam to sell you software. It was intended to indicate an error.

If true delete the "free" PC Doctor.
