Right now I'm just in the stage where I brainstorm ideas/music/graphics/plots and developing the characters for the game, so I'm not doing any programming anytime soon... I would search for this stuff myself, but whenever I try, the search engine always gives me stuff that has NOTHING to do with what I want... I will add more details if the need for more details arises... Right now I have OHRRPGCE, Heromachine 2.0 full version, Midi maker demo, NPCgen by Dale Cunningham, Planetgen, and Lior's map maker.

You will find lots of example games, sources, libraries, tutorials, etc, on how to build all sorts of games. There are hardly any resources there, though, such as graphics or music, as it is mostly a programmer's hangout, but there might be some handy tools there.
