Find a friend that you like him/her very much and enjoying when you are with him/her. your ideal person imean. Go places and try to be socialble. And know that having relation with your family is a must. Try to talk to your family persons and if you feel suffering by this don't pay attention to your suffering.Good luck!

Maybe you are lonely. Maybe you need people a lot. But many times depression is from anger that never gets resolved. If you are angry with someone, you need to find a way to forgive them. If you have been hurt real bad that is very hard. But you still have to work at it. Sometimes that means going to a counselor to work out your issues. That can help you forgive. Having a boyfriend/girlfriend at a young age and then breaking up can be very hurtful, resulting in anger at the other person. Multiple breakups can make it worse as you can feel rejected too. Having some love from your family and friends can make you feel better.

You may want to talk to your family or your friends about your feelings when you are by yourself. I would be open with them and they will be able to help you and help your feelings when your by yourself. You need to be able to feel happiness at all times. There may be problems when your alone like maybe you are bipolar or have another chemical imbalance. Don't feel scared or bad because most people have them and are treated by medication, talk to the doctor if your no better after you tell someone, no one should be depressed. You may have anxiety problems or some other issues when you are by yourself, maybe another person could address them but the best bet is to go to your doctor to get help. Good luck.

You're a nobody. You don't exist except as a reflection in other people's eyes. As soon as you are alone you sense that and become unhappy.
The solution is to get a life. Find things to be interested in. Realize that you are a person like everybody else and what you feel is the same as what they feel. Take responsibility for your feelings and improve them through hard work and effort.

I get like that to sometimes. Sounds like you need to do something fun. Do you like to exercise? I always feel better after a good jog or a bike ride. Sometimes life just sucks.Its normal to feel that way sometimes.................Jeff
