whats wrong with my web cam or computer????

i have a web cam and when i try to use it or view some elses it always has to reconnect and it never connects to the other persons or broadcasts my webcam what is wrong?

Well You Need To Reinstall The Software

and if you still experience the same Problems

Open Your Cam and Then Go To Prop and Then Look At Your Cam Resource It Need to be the Name of your web cam

and if you still More Problems Just Holla
