The most conspicuous difference is the number of lobes of each lung. The right lung has 3 lobes while the left only has 2 lobes, the space where the third lobe would be is occupied by the heart.

I didn't know computers had lungs, but if memory serves, the right lung(in a human) has three lobes and the left has two
