i have a dell inspiron 6000 and up until a couple of days ago there was no problems.but now when there is a disk in the drive it says that there is no disk. my sis told me to run the virus software which i did and it said there was no virus. any other suggestions?

In the movie V for Vendetta, V activates the fire alarm and as a result the elevators are put out of order.

However, what should the software (that controls the elevators) do with the carriages that already have people in them? Opening the doors on any floor might expose the passenger to the fire. Bringing them to the first floor might do that and/or it may plunge the carriage into the fire, if the carriage originally was near the top floor.

Anyone any ideas for a sound solution?

I buy a canon 8500 printer( US US 400 )
it is over a year and
the maintenance fee for next year is around US 60 dollars,
it seems alot....
Should I paid it?

Everytime we try to send or retrieve our messages a window pops up and says "Login Failed" . If I try to go to the home page one of my sons is logged on and I can't seem to remember our password as the computer was suppose to remember it. If I hit forgot password it says to go to email and they will send it. However I can't get into my email without it. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

A long time ago it was more common the idea of hooking up your cellphone to your laptop so that you can connect to the web. The biggest complaint that I kept hearing though was that the connection was really slow. Now it seems with all the PC Wirelss cards out there that the idea of connecting to the web via cell phone is all but obsolete. Can anyone point me in the right direction about where I may need to look to find a PC Card to Cell phone? Or is it not really being implimented anymore?

Right now I'm trying to put the 2 noted pics on my desktop background, but I dunno how to set them up like I want to. The jet should be on the top-left half and the ship should be on the bottom-right set along a diagonal. Also, I want to mesh the two pics so there isn't a rough edge between them through the middle of the screen and I want to label the two pics with text that is integrated into the pics rather than in a text box within or to the side of the pics.

I have Corel Graphics Design Suite, Microsoft Publisher, Picasa 2, and Photo Impression 5. Anyone with any expertise and awareness of how to do this, please respond or email @ argotitan@yahoo.com.
