I think this my system is infected by virus and when i try to install norton antivirus my system reboots and when i try to go to any virus removal sites like macfee also it says page refresh error appers how do i get rid fo this and more to that even it is not allowing me go to regedit, i dont know the name of the virus and how worst it can damage my PC, pls help me

If you already have antivirus software installed, boot into safe mode and run it there. If you don't, try comodo, it's free and the virus may not recognize it. Update it and run it in safe mode,

If worst comes to worst, you may have to reformat and reinstall windows.

Copy the installed "Norton Corporate Edition" from some PC and Paste in you harddrive. Now Scan.

Delete All teh Virus. Now Install the fresh copy of it.

Try formatting your hard-disks, and back-up all your important information before it gets infected in any way. Save all your files and folders on a bunch of CDs. If its really serious, call a software engineer from the company of your system.

To go to a virus site try using a proxy site like http://www.anonymouse.org b/c it may get around how the virus blocks those sites.
