does anyone know of a really good photo editing software that i can download for free, i want to be able to do more than just with the basics with photos i want it to be able to add effects create collages, and n e thing else you can think of

you can download tons of photo software from download.com i dont really know what you might need so its best if you go there and see which one you want its a good way to find what you want because i gives you a description of the software b4 you download

firstly you are asking for a free software and the quality you need is like a paid software. If you are in India, it is very much possible to get software like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw from the system assemblers.

I have never used it but Photo Shop is supposed to be good but you have to pay for it, other wise theres paint but its not easy to add special effects with unless just making black and white or reversing the colors
