How do you get into m/soft picture manager to clear history?

I have entered picture manager through say photos in my e mails
how do you open it indepedently

look in your Program Files folder and clk on the folder containing the program. There should be an .exe file to open it. Dbl clk on the .exe file, if that opens it, go back, right clk the file and choose - send to desktop as a shortcut.
Now clking on the desktop shortcut will opne the program.
