Everytime we try to send or retrieve our messages a window pops up and says "Login Failed" . If I try to go to the home page one of my sons is logged on and I can't seem to remember our password as the computer was suppose to remember it. If I hit forgot password it says to go to email and they will send it. However I can't get into my email without it. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

If you can't remember your email password and the computer "forgot" it too, then you have a problem. The Netscape site has security questions that they ask for lost passwords, but to be effective you need to have given an alternate email address that they can mail the password to. Netscape is more fully integrated with AOL now, so that could have caused the problem. You could try getting another email address, then contact customer service at Netscape.com and explain your problem.

hi, there maybe some virus with your browser. i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
