How can you get ride of the files and clean your computer system so that noone knows what you have been looking at on the net????Please Help

I've got several FREE email accounts, for example at yahoo.com, hotmail.com and nyc.com. In the help options for all three of them it says that they don't support external mail with free accounts and thus sending and receiving emails with Outlook or IncrediMail is impossible. I've tried it anyway and, as I had expected, it didn't work, but there are people who told me it does work. Can anyone tell me how? I don't want to upgrade to paid email accounts.

Right, this may seem complicated, but basically what i want to do is script the following using HTML, but am unsure how.
Basically, i want to be able create something along the lines of a tool tip, but something that can contain more information than the standard.

That doesn't make much sense.
How about this - i want some way of making it so i can have lots of writing in a small space, prefferably (though not exclusively) using some kind of tool tip, and in HTML.

my laptop is running on windows xp and my pc is on windows 2000. i'm running the setup wizard (on my laptop) and it's telling me that i need to create a setup disk. now, the only way it's letting me do this is by plugging in a memory stick (which i don't have) or i can put the windows xp cd (which again, i don't have) into my other computer. i'm trying to do this all wirelessly and i'm having a really tough time with this. any suggestions?

It's built into a very heavy wooden box that contains hand-blown glass tubes clamped down on one side and what looks like a turntable on the right side. There is what might be described as a tone-arm on that side but no circular rotating platform to hold records. The base of this side is marble, so it is very heavy. There is a cloth-covered cord with a plug, so it must run on electricity. No one has dared to plug it in yet.

What could this thing be?

I have the internet working fine (finally!) and everything is set up perfectly. Already tried the rebooting and the troubleshooting sections and going to 192.168.15.1.... i dunno if i have to change sumthing there. But i still have no dial tone and i had one yesterday. the only thing that changed is that i had a bad internet connexion then and now i fixed it.... moving something else on the way. the phone is set to tone and not pulse. what is wrong?
