if you go on www.piczo.com you can start your own site. you can add pics, text and let other people add your site to theirs/ and leave a comment on your site! its really good loads of people use piczo

First you have to spell it right. It's website, not web sight. Secondly, you can start your own website with yahoo or something like that, or yopu can go the expensive route and buy a domain name. You can edit a website through computer language, from html to java to flash. You can edit your site through text based editors or through grapahical editors.
I think that if you learn how to spell site correctly, then you can worry about a website. Until then, go get a myspace page.

Or another idea try to create yor own page and:
Try a program called Microsoft office Front Page (it is a member of office family it is posible to have it )
Working with him it is very similar to working in Word
Try a program named Page breeze
