I like http://www.privateeye.com. It will usually give someones age, relatives and pass addresses. Addresses are not complete but I did find that my ex has live in 5 different places in the past five years.

All the free searches work from the same data. If one isn't working for you then chances are the others won't either.

you can also find the people around you living in your state by looking in your state directory
also there are many web site who provide information about the people and from where you can search
