i just deleted and created a primary partition. I am in the process of formatting my hard drive, but after it asked me to reboot. it gets stuck on the systems configuration page. how do i get to a: so i can format my c: drive. please be descriptive

I have already installed windows xp service pack 2.still its giving errors. can ne body help me out???plzzzz......i wud appreciate it very much if ne 1 cud.the service is already running, but windows says that its disabled.

Here is a message I sent to Myspace.

When you take the server down for routine maintenance it would be nice if the server would say that. When it says everyones account has been deleted we get 500 screaming kids in Yahoo Answers http://answers.yahoo.com/ asking what the heck is going on. Until today I didn't hate kids. :)

I think some file got corrupted or something and now I get a ton of will you except this certificate warnings while I surf; even though I have reset the option to auto select one several times and have even un-installed and re-installed the browser, is there a file I can delete that will rebuild itself with all the defaults or something like that, it is getting very annoying.
