Here is a message I sent to Myspace.
When you take the server down for routine maintenance it would be nice if the server would say that. When it says everyones account has been deleted we get 500 screaming kids in Yahoo Answers http://answers.yahoo.com/ asking what the heck is going on. Until today I didn't hate kids. :)

Ah kids! They're always looking for easy answers and there are not any easy answers to growing up and experiencing life. Would we have looked on the net if we had a net way back then and got all our answers? I think so! I think it'd be brilliant having all that knowledge at our fingertips, perhaps we should be teaching the kids how to use a search engine, then half those stupid questions would go away. Good luck!

Yes. I have a myspace account also. And I noticed that it said that my account was deleted, but I could still check my mail and blogs when I clicked on the links at the top of the page....I just could not pull up the home link or view my profile. I like myspace, but they have been slippin the last week or so...there has been a lot of errors and maintenance going on. Great message that you sent to them by the way!

the thing of it is though if all these people are freaking out about this they need to do something more productive than just sit at the computer all day and IM each other. at school I have a few friends IM each other and they are across the table from each other. WTF is with that? if they think they are being more private - they aren't people can read their screens as they walk by.
Seriously some people need to go do something more productive.

i agree myspace is slow and full of maintenance,but since i open my myspace account my shirt sales have tripled in sales.
