i can say picpluck is the software to use fo downloading jpeg pics on the web in a single click.

open all the jpeg in one go and download fasrt as you can but if your pc dont have good mbr on it the pc cant take 2 many apts open in one go and will crash then your have to restart

In Internet explorer find the cache directory (control panel/Internet options/general tab/settings under current location) find the downloaded files and copy them to your my documents directory (or where ever)

The best utility for this is wget, it is for linux but has been ported to windows and is avalible at http://www.interlog.com/~tcharron/wgetwin.html
