How can you get ride of the files and clean your computer system so that noone knows what you have been looking at on the net????Please Help

Goto Control Panel> Internet Options> General> Temporary Internet Files> delete cookies, Then delete files( remember to check the "delete all offline content", Then Clear History at the bottom of the page.

Clear history, and delete cookies and delete files, then go through your temp files and insure there is no evidence there that can connect you to those evil sites you've been to.

go to tools ... internet option, clean the history, cookies and temporary files
