In Europe it's illegal to pass on the right side, they can pass only on the left side, especially on the speed way. Is it legal in America?

I'm convinced you can't (since you can't walk along the hard shoulder except in an emergency), but my friend seems to think that there isn't a law against it, so therefore you can.

Since you can't ride a pushbike or a moped on the motorway, surely you can't ride a horse?!

or someone who REALLY knows cars. When you have to change a flat and put the smaller temporary spare tire on the car, which is almost always smaller and not as wide as the stock tires, does this affect the operation of the anti lock brakes and the EBD (electronic brakeforce distribution)? The ABS light did not illuminate but I'm still curious.

I've had a full licence for 18 years, drive up to 7.5 tonne, ride motorbikes, transport teenagers in mini busses, have driven abroad, not had any accidents or caused any, am considerate on the road, still drive as I was taught and have had no points. I'e driven for a living for the last 16 years and used to teach people how to ride motorbikes.

Why do people fail to use their indicators at roundabouts. It is so frustrating sitting at a roundabout waiting for a gap, only to miss one because someone doesn't indicate as they are leaving.
I reckon traffic congestion would seriously drop if only everyone used a signal when at a junction or roundabout.

so why do so many people still drive and use there mobile phone's? i ride a motor cycle. and the amout of car drivers that i see using them. men woman in all sort's of makes and models of car's. i was even behind a woman driving alone the A3 in guilford trying to put lipstick on my she was driving. but the things the really ignors me. is when you see some one that is driving a very exspensive car. and still does not have a hands free kit. if i was to buy my dream car. a b.m.w m3. the first thing i would do. after all i have just spent 40 odd grand on a car. what the hell i can afford it. i would have a good hands free kit fitted. so i only more more thing to say. for the driver's that still use there phones while driving. i hope that it you who dies in a car crash and no one else.

Many news stories keep surfacing about motorists texting while driving. Now, talking on a cellphone is one thing, but texting...you might as well purposefully drive into oncoming traffic. What do you think about texting while driving and talking on a cellphone without a handsfree device should be illegal and what do you think should be the punishment? Uh i'm having trouble with parallel parking but i know the only solution is to just practice. Anyway how many inches away from the curb do u need to be? I heard it is 6, but can it be less or a little more? Also i know it depends on who ur tester is, but how strict are they on how close u are to the curb.

I let it run in second gear, and climbed on the roof, and steered through the window, such fun. . . .

Ever tried it?
