Your owner's manual should say, but if you still aren't sure, follow the brake lines from the brake master cylinder, and if they lead to a LARGE pump looking thing with four brake lines going out, and some electrical connectors, then that is the ABS pump.

Also, look at all the lights on the dash when you turn the key "on" but not to "start". There should be an amber ABS light.

Find a deserted parking lot, drive the vehicle up to about 25 mph. slam on the brakes as hard as you can, if the brakes lock up then you dont have abs, If it does have abs you will feel a very unique feeling on the brake pedal, You will know what I'm talking about when you feel the pedal do something you may have never felt before. I recomend that if someone has never drove a car with abs you should at least one time do this, that way you wont panic and take your foot off the brake pedal in a panic situation, besides its kinda fun.

I'm not sure 89's had ABS. Check your manual or watch the dash lights when you first turn on the key.

In general, trucks are very rarely equipped with ABS, and if it does have it it's usually be rear axle only.
