It was later discovered that the driver/bus did not have the appropriate permit to traverse the narrow mountain road. Was the crash caused by God`s intervention as a punishment for not having a proper permit?

I love to drive a motorcycle and haven't in 14 years because I lost sight in one eye and I am worried that because of my "lack of sight and depth perception" it would be difficult and dangerous to determine certain road conditions or obsticals. I cannot see anything coming from my right side. Has anyone dealt with this? How?

I was in a car accident at a parking lot. A SUV backed up and hit my driver side fender as I made a corner turn. Police said, that it is most likely both of ours fault but most important of all, insurance adjustors need to determine. Whose fault is it really?
I was in a similar kind of accident months ago, where I was driving through the lot and a car pulled out and hit me. It was determined to be his fault. The only difference between my recent one, is that I made a corner turn.
What do you think?

I'm thinking every season has it's difficulties, i'm just trying to pick which one i'd rather deal with.
Spring= floods and tornadoes
summer=floods and wildfires and it's bad for cars (tires and engine)
fall=possible snowing conditions
winter=extreme snow conditions

I've only done this once before and it was at the end of october through january. I was also younger and now that i'm older i realize i used to put myself in a lot of dangerous and stupid situations.

so what time of year would you guys leave?...and why?

Most of my friends don't wear helmets while riding a bike. I'm not sure if I should go with the flow or just be myself and wear a helmet, just to be on the safe-side. So do you think helmets are uncool?

Traffic cameras in WA, at least in Lynnwood, take pictures 2.5 seconds apart. It seems that the car must be stopped 2.5 seconds to be considered a full stop. I have heard this but cannot find it in the WA law anywhere.

with 2 seatbelts, drive through the mountains at 70 mph and go swim in a hot spring. The heater core on the truck is out, so my air conditioner dosen't work properly, and im out of gas but i would use my rent money to pay for the trip. Is this a good idea? My girlfriend thinks it is.

I drive a bobtail grocery delivery truck,it does not require a commercial license to operate.I always fill out a daily inspection report,some other of our drivers never bother.I tell them it's required and they just laugh it off.My supervisor never checks on that or hours worked.Is this a violation of federal law?

I see people turning left all the time at a one-way intersection near my work. It annoys the hell out of me because it looks really dangerous for one thing. Most of these people turn way out into the center of the one-way, and if they are going that far- well hell why not just go all the way through the red light?

I also get pretty annoyed when I am sitting in that far left lane and I am going to go straight, and I can see some guy with his left blinker on getting irritated and impatient. I mean come on man it is a red light anyway. Is that legal? I don't know for absolute certain, but it sure is annoying to me.

Hello all,

I had an accident. I went into turn to fast and rolled over twice.
No one was near by, so just my car got totaled and thats it.
The police officer gave me a ticked that says "unreasonable speed/special hazards" ...What exactly am I being charged with ?
Are we talking about special yellow hazard signs with black arrow in the middle warning you about uppcoming turn ? or what are those ? And should I fight the ticket or just pay for it ?

Thanks all for your help.
