I'm pretty sure that it's legal to buy a "salvage title" vehicle in my state as long as it's stamped as such.
I just wonder if the car is repaired by someone who knows what they're doing, would it ever be ok to buy at a highly reduced price?

Every single time I'm in my car I see people doing these things while driving- putting on makeup, twisted around in their seat yelling at the kids, talking to their friends and not looking straight ahead, eating, cell phones, etc etc etc. I've been guilty of it too, I admit. Yet when someone does cause a car accident due to taking their eyes off the road for a second, for whatever reason, people completely demonize them and think they should be hauled off to jail for the rest of their life. Isn't this a bit hypocritical?? I'm sure these people railing on the person who caused the accident have done the exact same thing when they drive at some point, and the only difference between them not causing a crash and someone else who did is pure luck. Not saying people who cause accidents due to being distracted shouldn't be punished in some way, but there are a lot of hypocritcal people sounding off in situations like this, when they are just as guilty of the behaviors. Thoughts?

My other half got caught doing 36mph in a 30 limit, or so we think, we just dont know who was driving.
Are there any web sites or advice on how to go about this. Neither of us remember being at the location in question at that time.

I'll confess. I was going above the speed limit a few days ago and I was caught. I was in a hurry, and I shouldn't have. I was pulled over and told I was going 63 in a 55 mph zone. I didn't argue. Well, on my way to work I noticed that he had written the ticket to say I was going 53 in a 40 mph zone which definatly was not true since the thruway was 55 and didn't hit 40 until AFTER the railroad tracks. Where he had caught me was BEFORE. At work, I had my mother check it out to make sure I was right. I was. She found the guy on the side of the road pulling over other people and told him how he had made a mistake. Well, should this get thrown out now? Calling the office this morning and found out he CHANGED it. Can he do that? I have the original ticket which still states it was 53 in a 40 mph zone. . .Should I continue to fight it or just give up?

Whats the use of posting this sign if 80% of cars in California drive more than this and they dont get caught? I just hate it. I drive only up to 65 mph and the cars who speed more than 65 mph put the other good drivers in danger.

Suppose you are driving in a 3 lane highway. Someone from the far left lane and the far right lane both merge into the middle lane at the same time. Does anyone technically have the right of way? Who's fault would the accident be if they got in a wreck?
