Better that you ask which is a dumber stunt.

a) Serves no practical purpose
b) Potential injury to self AND friends
c) there are soooooo many other things to be doing.

Both stunts are DANGEROUS---however the risk for a greater chance at DEATH comes from two cars full of IDIOTS playing chinese fire drill as you've described it... that's what it was called in the "OLD DAYS"... and yes, there were stupid people back then as well. A car weighs about 1800-2000 pounds or MORE.... get run over should you slip and fall in the course of changing cars and you WILL more then likely be CRUSHED TO DEATH.... fall off a set of bike handlebars and you could fracture your skull which COULD result in death, break a bone OR maybe scrape all the skin off your face when it hits the pavement... either way NOT WORTH THE RISK OF TRYING..

The car change. On the bike you are probably going less than 15mph and there is less mass and people involved, You may get hurt on the bike. With 2 cars (10,000lbs in some cases) and more people making decicions, you are more likely to be dead. And someone would submit your story to the Darwin awards (survival of the fittest, demise of the stupid)

Both fall under the umbrella of stupidity, but any stunt involving motor vehicles can have far more disastrous consequences. All it would take is for somebody to fall and then get run over by one or both cars.

Nothing is smart about jumping from car to car while moving. The handlebar riding is risky too.

One missed step or lose your balance, and you could get a serious head injury.
