It depends on the state (some vital information you failed to give us). Most states have laws that make it illegal to drive a car without a bumper on it. I know in CA, it is definitely illegal to drive without a bumper on the car and they can pull you over and give you a ticket. However, I believe it's a state regulated law, so I would have to say it depends on what state you live in.

It depends on the bumper, If it is a late model it is just a skin however if it is chrome Its not going to look good , You might get stopped and get a warning , In other words get it fixed asp Good luck hope this helps.

may vary by state but i have never heard of it. it would be illegal if your rear bumper was off along with the license plate but otherwise its iight
