I got hit because someone didn't care to look. Tell me why people are too lazy to just look! I'm glad I'm not hurt, but still, it takes 3 seconds.

"I approached the 4-way stop, signaling to make a left turn and made a complete stop. About 2 or 3 seconds later, the other driver approached the 4 way stop in a giant Ford F-250 with oversized wheels. We essentially arrived at the same time, so in order to avoid confusion; I wanted him to go first. He didn't seem to have acknowledged me and seemed to be distracted, making it an unsafe situation. After several failed attempts to make some kind of eye contact with him, I could see that he was clearly rummaging through things in his car and that he was in his own little world. After waiting a significant amount of time for him to proceed, I could tell he just wasn’t going to budge. I decided to go ahead and proceed with my turn, and let go of my brakes and carefully made my left turn as to not alarm him. Almost complete with my turn, about 90-percent, and he just lets go of his brakes and slams right into my passenger rear side, failing to yield to a vehicle already in the intersection."

Well I am taking my first plane trip ever in a couple days and am, of course, pretty anxious about it. Flying from New York to Colorado, first in a CRJ plane (aka a puddle jumper) and then in a big Airbus for the long haul. I am pretty nervous about it, despite all of the safety statistics I have read about flying. Any words of encouragement or good tips to make the ride smoother and less stressing for me?

Have their rear frickin fog lights on when there's not even the slightest hint of fog anywhere within the UK?

You know who you are you absolute muppets. It's 6am, you look in your rear view mirror as you reverse out of your drive and you see smoke so you switch 'em on. HELLO!!! That's your exhaust gasses. Check your rear view mirror once more before you finish your journey and you'll see: ITS NOT FOGGY!!!!!!!!!

Also, if you can see the car in front from 300m away and he doesn't have his fog lights on, and the car behind has been following you for the last 5 minutes and has managed not to ram in to you, turn the MFing things off!

You don't need them on unless visibility is less than 50m they are 20 times brighter than normal tail lights.
It's really painful for the driver behind you's eyes etc etc etc surely I don't need to go on.

Also, while you're at it, turn the front ones off as well. We're not impressed, we don't think you're cool, if fact we think your a c***

I'm visiting San Diego CA and yesterday morning a ticket was placed on my rental car. I was parked on a semi hill for "cramping wheel". I did have the wheel slightly turned but not all the way and the breaks pulled up. I have a NY License and New York doesn't have hills, so I'm not sure if I should fight it. Would someone please let me know if I should appeal? Thanks in advance!

Can you remember all the times and places you were stopped and only warned by police? if so do you remember the crime; speeding etc? OR are you like me and can't remember the warnings ONLY the times I was actually given a ticket!! I hate to say it but I dont remember not one warning, or what I did to be stopped unless the cop gave me a ticket, then i seem to remember it like it was yesterday!! The time, place, what I did (speed, passing etc). how about you? remember the warnings? ir only the tickets?

Car has been very dangerous since buying it, even though it was supposed to pass an MOT it had the wrong tyres, brakes were faulty, now major things, all electrics are wrong.

I was considering to buy a ford mustang convertable, I am a 20 yr old male. I am aware of the insurance issue. But I am concerned with the fact that if the car was to rollover my head would be crushed, and there seems to be rollover bars in place. But when you get into a collision there is lots of metal flying around, and if your in a convertable Im worried that flying metal is going to come crashing through the cloth cover and I will be finished.

I CALLED HIM LAST NIGHT AND LEFT A MESSAGE AND CALLED AGAIN FOR A STRANGE MAN TO ANSWER IT WAS A POLICE OFFICER THAT TOLD ME MY HUSBANDS TRUCK WAS ON FIRE. IT IS TOTALLED AND WE LIVE PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. HE IS HEART BROKEN OVER ALL OF THIS. IT WAS A NICE TRUCK. AND HE HAS HAD IT FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS AND ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF IT. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO FOR HIM RIGHT NOW. WE WORK HARD AND DON'T HAVE ALOT BUT THIS MAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME AND ADOPTED MY DAUGHTER HE IS MY LIFE. AND I HATE TO SEE HIM SO HURT.
THIS WAS CAUSED BY A RECALL THAT WE WERE NOT AWARE OF FROM FORD THE CRUISE CONTROL. I AM AS HEART BROKEN AS HE IS TO SEE HIM SO HURT. WHAT DO I DO? OUR INSURANCE WILL NOT PAY WE HAD LIABILITY. AND DOES NOT COVER FIRE AND SO ON. WE DID NOT KNOW THIS. IT WAS INSAULT TO INJURY. I WOULD LOVE TO GO OUT AND GET ANOTHER TRUCK BUT IT'S NOT IN THE BUDGET WITH 4 KIDS.
