Have their rear frickin fog lights on when there's not even the slightest hint of fog anywhere within the UK?

You know who you are you absolute muppets. It's 6am, you look in your rear view mirror as you reverse out of your drive and you see smoke so you switch 'em on. HELLO!!! That's your exhaust gasses. Check your rear view mirror once more before you finish your journey and you'll see: ITS NOT FOGGY!!!!!!!!!

Also, if you can see the car in front from 300m away and he doesn't have his fog lights on, and the car behind has been following you for the last 5 minutes and has managed not to ram in to you, turn the MFing things off!

You don't need them on unless visibility is less than 50m they are 20 times brighter than normal tail lights.
It's really painful for the driver behind you's eyes etc etc etc surely I don't need to go on.

Also, while you're at it, turn the front ones off as well. We're not impressed, we don't think you're cool, if fact we think your a c***

Unfortunately all other drivers except you and me (and possibly others who answer in a positive way) think front fog lights are spot lights. I had a driver of the same model as me ask where the switch for the spot lights was, when I told him they where fog lights he just looked blank. Fully agree about rear fog lights but don't have a clue why or how to change things, I sometimes put main beam on them but they are usually to thick to notice.

What makes you think they know where the switch is.the other one is how many drivers think the indicators come on automatically well they turn themselves off don't they?
Also have you noticed how many perfect drivers are on here so ok own up whos the one pratt driving the full length of the UK with their Fekin foggs on

They should only be an issue to other motorists if they are adjusted too high, which unfortunately alot of them are. It's like people that think it's okay to run their high beams all the time becuse they burn't a low beam out A YEAR AGO!

take it you wrote this when you'd just got home from following someone with their fogs on then??

it is a 30 pounds fine but there never seems to be a police car around when you need one eh!!

hope you feel better now after your rant. road rage is a pain, in it?

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! *SNORT*!!!

Oh dear - do you feel better now? I do hope so! *giggle* Mind you, I do so agree with you - those fog lights really do burn out your retina if you have to follow them for any distance. I find its not quite so bad if you're in a car (for some reason) but following them whilst on a motorcycle was real purgatory.

Why oh why indeed. Thats a big problem here in the US too. I think they have them on just because they have them and there cool. One option is to let them pass you and throw the high beams on. They will get the message.

Wow - chill out! I agree, people who leave either front lights or fog lights on when there is no need are irresponsible and inconsiderate drivers, but I think there are worse things in the world to get THIS angry about!!!

Now - breath in... breath out... breath in... breath out.... and relaaaaax.......

Nice one.my pet hate,
When you have these muppets tail-gating you put your fog,s on and watch them brake hard as they rthink your braking! Then they will give you grief because they think YOU shouldn,t drive with your fogs on.
Also how about the planks who park on the wrong side of the road with their headlights on!
Sorry you,ve got me going now!

Some call them "Look at me lights". They negate the safety factor of runnin motorcycle high beams during the day.

Because they're stupid and know nothing about safety and consideration. Write to you MP. Get them to enforce a law about stupid, ignorant drivers.
