Its environmentally conscious and concerned about your dependence on foreign oil supplies. In other words your car is a democrat.

What exactly happens when this occurs? Does the car stutter, shake and stall. It may be the fuel delivery system (fuel pump, filter, relay, fuses) when the car heats up it may be the relays.

Sounds like it could be the fuel filter or the fuel pump

depends could be electrical or fuel probs take it to your fav mechanic
