Any garage can install a remote starter.
Purchase at--CTC-Zellers etc.
Expect to pay $300 to $400 installed.
I,ve installed two in my wifes cars, but the new cars electrical systems are to complicated, Get a technician to install it!

You do not give enough info. But, you could have switches or buttons installed instead of the ignition key. Ask again with your specific needs. This would greatly increase your chance of getting a good answer for your problem.
