Im 5'7 and weigh 125 and have been riding 2 years on a ttr 125. i know 2strokes have alot power and i just want to know if it would work out for me if i got that bike. some people say i should get a cr80 but others think i would out grow it to fast. if i did go with the cr125r should i just take it to opens areas for the first few times riding it to get used to the power band and learn how to control it. thanks for the help

93 Kawasaki Bayou 220, it seems that the fuel is going the wrong way, into the airbox instead of into the cylinder. what could be causing this?

Simple enough. 600cc Japanese supersport's run mid 10's. 600cc Japanese standards run mid 11's. A 1600cc Harley struggles to run 13's in the quarter mile. So with such a huge displacement advantage why they at least come close? And better yet why do they cost twice as much? And by the way a 600cc standard is just as comfortable as any non-touring Harley.

I have (what I think is) a 1968 Honda Dream motorcycle,
but some recent photos I've seen, make me re-think
what I've got. They are both 305cc.thought
the only difference is the muffler, as far as I can tell.
any thoughts will be appreciated.

Do you believe that he can really connect with loved ones that have passed to the OTHER SIDE? I am interested in what others think on this subject? Or have you had any personal experience with a psychic?

I was riding along and it was working fine, it was a little rainy but not too much, it started missing on one cylindar and I realized I needed gas. I filled up and it ran on only one or two cylindars, normal for this bike for a little while and then the fuel kickes in, all the time I thought it was fuel and it got worse and worse, not firing on one side and then not at all. When I first turn on the ignition I get one spark and then nothing. I turn it of and on quickly and still nothing. i turn off for a few seconds and I get one spark again. Sounds like a condenser or something, but I really have no clue on the electonic ignition system, any suggestions? I know how to use a ohmmeter and have one... Help, I can't stand to see it sitting there :-( Thanks!!

I had cobra drag pipes(cobra pipes suck) which popped at any speed reduction, so I put Vance & Hines pipes on, which seemed to help alittle, but the bike still pops whenever I let off. Thus, what is the cure?

I'm a 21 year old female and have decided to explore the world of riding. My fiance, brother in law, and father in law all ride crotch rockets and I am determined to not let them talk me into a scooter. I want to ride with the big boys after I get ALOT of practice. I don't have any experience on bikes, except for four wheelers, which do not count. But I was wondering what you experts would recomend. my choices are the Kawasaki Ninja 250, Buell blast, a Suzuki GS500 E, Kawasaki EX500 Or anything else with a 500cc or less. I DO NOT WANT A CRUISER. I am not a frail little girl (actually just the opposite) and i know how dangerous bikes are. Please please give me some ideas and advice of what would be best for me. I am a determined, and strong girl who doesn't want to be left at home any more.

ALSO.. not that it really makes a huge deal but I live in a one horse town. In fact I don't even have a stop light for about 60 miles from my house, so I have plenty of space for practice.

I put a basket case together and I use a batt. tender.

I have a new starter and I'm starting to get suspicious of the power it puts out.

When I rewired I took a guess at 14ga. as being enough.

Now that I look at the diameter of the wire going to the solenoid, I'm starting to wonder if it was the logical thing to do.

I'm thinking of running 10 ga. from the generator to the batt.

also, I'm running two 20 amp fuses. One on that wire and one going to the solenoid. What do you think?

"I'm not going to tell you a date, we have not started even manufacturing yet" was the answer. This is so frustrating when you have put money down

I am taking the rider safety course / motorcycle test soon, and will in all likelihood be getting a motorcycle. What is a good bike for a beginner? I'm looking for a used bike that will allow me to learn to ride safely but have a bit of fun, too. I'd like to spend under $2,500 if possible.
