I was riding along and it was working fine, it was a little rainy but not too much, it started missing on one cylindar and I realized I needed gas. I filled up and it ran on only one or two cylindars, normal for this bike for a little while and then the fuel kickes in, all the time I thought it was fuel and it got worse and worse, not firing on one side and then not at all. When I first turn on the ignition I get one spark and then nothing. I turn it of and on quickly and still nothing. i turn off for a few seconds and I get one spark again. Sounds like a condenser or something, but I really have no clue on the electonic ignition system, any suggestions? I know how to use a ohmmeter and have one... Help, I can't stand to see it sitting there :-( Thanks!!

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Depending on the year, some 750 Vulcans had a problem with intermittent coils.
Does one coil work?
Switch the coils (just unplug them from the wire harness and switch the wires).
If the bad coil "doesn't" work either way, the coil is bad.

If the bad coil starts working and the good one stops, then you have the other common problem (the air gap on the pick-up coils had to be changed). - Not a simple job, the left crankcase cover has to be removed, but the engine has to be unbolted and jacked up in the frame to remove it.

Had a Vulcan a couple of years ago. Can't diagnose what happened to yours but the only thing electrical that ever happened to mine was the ignition switch went bad.

Just another idea for you to check.

If the ignition had points it would be a condenser, since it's electronic I say it's your ignition module. Also check your connections and ground wires.

Also consider the magnetic pickup.
