Is it a funny size? Spark plugs are usually one of about 3 or 4 standard sizes.Easily definable from one another. Take the plug cap off and have a look at the plug, then buy the right size

There's nothing special about these plugs. They are just the next size down from car spark plugs. Best place to get a spanner is to ask anyone with a motorbike if you can borrow theirs. Most bikes come with one under the seat from new.
Failing that, go to any motorcycle or scooter shop. Some car places, like Halfords and independent motor traders might have them.
Have you bought the new spark plugs yet? If yes, take one with you, go to an assistant and say "I want a plug spanner for this size please". If you haven't bought the plugs yet, just get a spanner while you're at the bike shop.

A plug spanner for a Superdream? Sounds like a fair exchange.
;)
From memory, I think you need a 12mm plug spanner, your local parts store should have something to fit.
