See if a seperate breakin oil or mixture is used. Owners manual or dealer should be able to help with this. If so, go with that for the amount of mileage it says to use break in oil for. A little extra lube may not hurt, but just a little. Clean the plug when you go back to the standard mix. Make sure you don't go blowing big clouds of smoke! We bike riders have a bad rep already! I would mix the 1st tank a little heavy for extra lubrication to help break it in after that I would go back to what Honda recommends

A little extra oil leans out mixture unless you re-jet carb.
oil produces heat not power and fuel jets are not flexible so if you have more oil you have less fuel which is a weak or lean mixture and will cause overheating and maybe seizure.

No,it will be fine.I suggest you use a good mineral oil for the first few tankfulls,synthetic is too slippery and will reduce piston/cylinder contact
