I read about the "inverted fork" on the tech sheets in bike mags. I really don't see a big difference in looks of a regular fork. What is it? How does it work? What are the pros and cons? How is the look different?

passenger on a motorcycle! Hubby wants me to start riding with him on his little jaunts. I'm afraid that if I react to a car getting too close, or a sudden stop, that I'll cause us to have an accident!

Advise, please!!!

I have a 1979 Suzuki 185. I took it riding for a day, rode it for about six hours, and then she bogged out and died. It wouldn't kickstart or bumpstart. The next day, after a 2 or 3 kicks she started right up. I cleaned the carbuerator before I went riding. Any suggestions on why she died out and how I could fix it?

Please say yes. The seat height is perfect for a shortie like me (5'6") and i love the bike dimensions. And best of all...my wife is backing me up if she can come along...!!!

With a blessing like that all i need is the answer "yes". If not...any suggestions for a comfortable low seat height cruiser or sport tourer comfortable for 2-Up riding will be greatly appreciated. And if ya ever bike up to NYC i'll be your free tour guide..!!

Thanks in advance..!!

Do you ride side-by side? How do you signal the person pulling up next to you that you prefer not to ride side-by-side (unless stopped at an intersection). It restricts my manuveurability too much. Am I being too cautious?

Recently I purchased a pocket bike (mini motorcycle)
It's engine is 49 cc so supposedly it does not qualify as a motorcycle, yet I was pulled over and ticketed as if it could have been a legal vehicle.
I am resident of Ontario
I recieved four (4) tickets
Fail to signal turn - Highway Traffic Act (HTA) sect. 142 (1)
Drive motor Vehicle - No plates - HTA 7 (1)(b)(1)
Drive motor Vehicle - No permit - HTA 7 (1)(a)
Fail to Surrender Insurance - Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (CAIA) 3 (1)
Here are some links to the HTA and CAIA sites
http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/DBLaws/Statutes/English/90h08_e.htm#BK18
http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/DBLaws/Statutes/English/90c25_e.htm#BK2

If anyone knows of any previous cases like this and whether these actually can apply to pocketbikes or how they can be fought, please respond. Thanks.
