I took of the ferrings to clean them and this wire snapped when i took off the left one.

On my 2000 R6 the only wires that are attached to the fairing is for the turn signals, and see if you can just snap it back in. I know on mine when i take a fairing off the wires disconnect and its simple to just put the two wires back together.

Remove the other fairing to see how the wires are connected.

might be for your indicators,try them to see if they are working.
