when I change gears it goes to the next gear hard ,how can I smooth the shifting out ?

There might not be a quick fix.
The transmission may need repairing.
Your bike is over 20 years old. Parts do ware out.
A common problem when abusing the shifting. Shift forks, shift drum, main shaft & counter shaft splines, bearings and gear dogs. There's a lot of metal against metal when the oil isn't changed on a regular basis.

two times on your question you stated bounce initiate. The battery is in all threat junk. purchase a sparkling one, or take it to a save to be "load examined". A battery could have 12v whilst checked with a meter, yet have 0 cranking amps.

change the oil in the gear box and ajust the clutch cable
