when i crank, the spark plug lights but the engine won`t start. i also used the electric starter but it only turn the flywheel but wont start. the horn and the signal lights are working.plus my battery is new. what seems to be the problem?please help me. thanks..

i might just be imagining this... i havent ridden in two weeks, but ever since I put the bike together after I went down, it seems like the bike behaves a little differently when braking.

HD's are measurably the worst motorcycle in the world. HD's are not "Made in America", have Japanese parts all over them, poor performance and worse handling. If the only thing that you can point at as an attribute is that it's loud and obnoxious, while it shivers, shakes and falls apart...why would I (or anyone) actually want to own one? Truth is HD (As a corporate entity) does exactly one thing better than any other Motorcycle Maker..It markets accessories. In fact HD makes more $$ selling apparel and other misc. junk than they make on motorcycles. (Regardless that HD Bikes are over-priced, low performance, embarassing piece's of "Machinery"). So I guess this question is based on how did;Tattoos, Smoking, Drinking, Drugs and Stupid behavior ever get associated with Harley, and what HD Genius decided to exploit it? Last thing, I have owned more than 75 bikes of virtually every make (including HD) and my opinion is based on an excess of 500,000 miles & 30 years in the wind. (Ride on)

We were driving the bike and it started to slip out of gear. Now we can shift without the clutch in every gear and nothing graps so we figure the clutch went out. When we took the clutch cover plate off and oil came out. Also does anyone know where we can get a manual on line for this bike?

im from california lane splitting is real as i did a wheelie a truck cut me off and i ended up in his hood i shook it off then pounded the guy .. after i got arrested i made the claim with the insurance company they are saying i was at fault and doing wreckless driving......... dont i have any rights?

Past time for new tires. I'm trying to find the width of the rims on my '06 Superglide. The size cannot be found in the owner's manual, or the factory service manual. I could always take off the old tire, and measure the rim, but there must be someone that knows already. I'm mostly concerned with the rear, as I already will be using a numerically identical one on the front. The rims in question are the ones that came stock on the bike. "Custom Aluminum Profile Laced", and the rear is 17" dia.

I recently bought a 1992 Suzuki GSX600F Katana, and I'm removing all the fairing to take it to an auto body shop for new paint, and the rear plastic is bolted under the seat. I don't see any bolts or latches that hold the seat in place, but what exactly should I be looking for to get the seat off?

What I would ask you to do is for the entire month of June, not buy gasoline from any Exxon/Mobile gas station.
One day as in the May 15th boycott is not enough to make an impression,but a month is.
Between now and mid June we can figure out who the lucky winner for July will be.
I realize this will mean driving all the way around the corner to buy your gas at the Shell station,but if it gets the oil companies attention it will be worth it.
I would also ask that you enlist as many participants as possible, e-mail every one you know and ask them to do the same. If you have a Myspace or any other means to get the word out ,please do.

my 50cc moped (speedfight) broke down on me the other day, i was driving along at 40mph and suddenly it died on me. it starts up ok but then it doesnt sound healthy and when u rev it more than half way it starts to splutter and then eventually it just dies on me. what is the problem? please help
