If you were doing a wheelie, then it was your fault. Your reckless riding is what caused the accident. If the other guy was doing something wrong as well, you can try using that argument but I don't think it will work, especially since you beat the guy up...

You have the right to ride safely and responsibly while on the rode. Your wheely placed your life as well as the other drivers in danger. The highway is not the place to show off. You were at fault because of you reckless behavior and unless you can show some state law which allows wheelies on the highway you are wrong. As for pounding the other guy, you took your anger out on the wrong guy, if I were in your place, I would be kicking my own *** for acting irresponsibly. Not only will you have to pay for repairs or replacement of your bike, you will be paying much higher insurance premiums. As far as I am concerned you should have your license revoked until your learn how to properly operate a motorcycle.

u were reckless riding, exhibition of speed, and speeding is what i'm bettin chippy put down just for the wreck, then added assault and battery on top of that. just because its legal in ca to lane split doesnt mean that u can blast down the line on 1 wheel at 80 mph while traffic is flowing normally. now it looks like u are going to be without a bike for quite some time cause guess what.....the insurance will NOT cover what u did. and another thing....u will now be responsible for the other guy's medical bills. now u see where stunting on the freeway gets u. enjoy ur time off from the saddle. next time, the road gods might decide to give u a much harsher sentence.

Ths question is a joke. Look at his other questions... He probably doesn't even ride a bike.

"My Chihuahua ate my Viagra and is now fraternizing with all the customers at Wal Mart?"
"The Mailman finally confessed to being my sons father?"
" I found and embryo of a fish in my clam chowder should i tell the waiter?"
" I seen a picture of myself in back of a milk carton what the heck is going on?"

Ha, ha. Too bad, not sad! Drive like an idiot and pay the piper. No sympathy!!!!!!!!! 5/9/07 update...I read your other questions here at Yahoo, like the other poster said "I SUSPECT YOUR A TROLL" and now I doubt seriously if you pounded anyone. The only truth in this story may be that you were driving like an idiot and may have gotten into an accident! BOOOOOOO.....HOOOOOO!

hahaha this is precisely what happens when squids run out of luck. enjoy looking at bikes. u aint gonna get a penny from the insurance company. take em to court if u wish, but then, u'll be out of more money when the judge dismisses the claim. hahahahahahaha
